My main interest is to provide good service and that the person who buys my paintings, sculptures or other products is completely satisfied and enjoys my work as much as I did when I created them.
To avoid possible misunderstandings when buying, please read my guidelines before purchasing.

Payment options
Via Paypal: You can pay with your PayPal account, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay aumit credit card online.
I keep all payment information and do not share credit card information with third parties.

VAT (value added tax)
They are different for each country and therefore have to be taken over by the buyer.

Shipping + processing time
The buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes. I can not be responsible for delays in customs.

I sent my articles through the post "Correos de España".
The awarded articles for Priority Mail International Service, with tracking number and signature on delivery.
Save the small pieces for the cost, for the standard item "Correos de España".
The pictures are sent without frame and without glass.
The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment. I try to send it immediately and without delay within three to five days. The shipping with shipment number can take about 8 to 15 business days. I will send you the shipment number of the package.

Return and exchange
Returns and / or changes are possible if the goods have been damaged by the sender or do not correspond to the description.
If the packaging has been damaged by the dealer, then immediately complain to the dealer or check whether the goods inside damaged, he categorically rejects the assumption in this case.
In any case, it makes sense to photograph the damage and send it to me.
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Deliveries within 30 days of delivery.

Refund policy
Customers are responsible for returns and costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for the loss of value.

Loss of Transmission - (ITEM LOST) - This has never happened before.
If you have not received your package after a reasonable amount of time, please contact me to ask more questions about the shipping location of your package. Once it has been determined that it has been lost, I may replace the item with the same or similar item or refund it at will.
